Australian companies supplying to the mining industry and seeking to grow their business into Indonesia are invited to showcase their company and product at Ozmine 2008 being held in Jakarta February 19-20 at the Shangri-La Hotel.
Ozmine 2008 organised by Austrade in Jakarta, aims to showcase Australia's exceptional capabilities in supplying to the mining sector. Exhibitors include equipment suppliers, contractors and niche technology providers. Companies wanting to showcase their products and capabilities are invited to contact Austrade to secure their booth early, at this important exhibition and conference.
Already half the available space for exhibits has been taken up, but there remains ample opportunity for other companies to showcase their products and capabilities.

In conjunction with the exhibition is a one day conference which this year presents the theme: 'Indonesian Mining: Redefined'. Among the issues to be discussed include issues facing the Indonesian mining industry today ' the new mining law, forestry, environment, regionalisation and future prospects. Convening panels will examine each of the papers presented and make recommendations for improvement. DVDs of the conference will be provided to the industry in Australia, and to Ministers, key regulators and policymakers in Indonesia.
