MOVERS & SHAKERS - URS appoints new WA regional manager E-mail

URS has appointed Bert Prinsloo to the position of Regional Manager - Western Australia and Singapore.

Bert Prinsloo is a professional engineer with 28 years experience in civil and transport engineering, master planning and has led multi-disciplinary teams. He has extensive management experience in the commercial and relationship aspects of consulting engineering complemented by coaching, project management and team facilitation skills.

Bert joins URS from Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), where he was WA state manager. He joined PB in Sydney as a principal transport engineer in 1999 and after three years moved to Perth where in 2003 he was appointed state manager. Under his leadership the WA office has grown significantly with focus on mining infrastructure, urban development and water.
