Dynasty Gold Corporation has given formal notice to its joint venture partners that move ahead with obtaining the mining licence which sits over much of the Qi-2 ore body at the Hatu Project site. This follows much of the success to date at the property. The licence is held by an affiliate of Dynasty"s Chinese joint venture partner. Under the terms of the contract, the joint venture company may obtain the mining licence by negotiating a deal with the affiliate.
Any compensation will be paid by Dynasty's Chinese partner out of their share of joint venture.
Meanwhile, Dynasty Gold Corp has released the final infill drilling results from work conducted at its Qi-2 deposit at its Hatu property in China . The results show 93 significant intersections of gold including 6 metres @ 5.83 grams per tonne gold in RCH015; 5 metres @ 2.86 grams/tonne gold in RCH033; 5 metres @ 4.18 grams/tonne gold in RCH040; 6 metres @ 2.80 grams/tonne gold in RCH040; 4 metres @ 7.32 grams/tonne told in RCH040; 8 metres @ 2.15 grams/tonne gold in RCH043. Dynasty is using the results from all drilling to recalculate the resource estimate at the Hatu property. The company anticipates upgrading the resource to the measured and indicated category in a NI 43-101 compliant technical report expected soon. "We are pleased with the results of the program at Hatu overall," Dynasty president and CEO, Brian McEwen says. "We look forward to moving the project forward in 2007." Dynasty completed 46 reverse circulation and 10 diamond drill holes, for a total of 8938 metres drilled this season. |
