CONFERENCE: Contract Mining Asia E-mail

With so much potential for further development, many mining companies do not have the manpower or skills alone to effectively own and operate all their sites, therefore there is a continuous increase in the number of mines that are outsourced to mining contractors.

The inaugural Contract Mining Asia conference in Singapore from July 23-25 will look at contract mining and will examine ways to eliminate rising costs through effective contract mining strategies and solutions.

The conference will deliver practical and proven case studies spanning across more than 12 mine operators and contractors from four continents and will include two workshop sessions - drafting and managing contract mining arrangements, and managing contractor relationships at an operational level.

Contract Mining Asia is a forum designed to bring together mining operators, contractors, sub-contractors and heavy equipment service providers across the Asia-Pacific region that have business interests in Asia.
