Fox Resources has made a record shipment of 8216wmt of bulk nickel and copper concentrate to China.

The shipment departed the Western Australian port of Dampier containing an estimated 385 tonnes of nickel metal and 529 tonnes of copper metal with an estimated value to Fox of $10.5 million.

Fox was able to load an additional 2216wmt onto the MV Beagle 2 as the vessel returned to Dampier from the port of Wyndam with additional space.

The company's Radio Hill operations achieved another record metal production milestone in August. The mill produced an estimated 4613wmt of combined concentrate for a delivery of 227 tonnes of nickel metal, 71% above forecast, and copper metal production of 339 tonnes, 70% above forecast.

The Radio Hill operations are continuing to improve. Nickel recovery during August increased to 72%, a significant 10% increase on the expected nickel recovery announced in late May.

Diamond drilling has also resumed at Radio Hill while drilling is also testing the Bertram Electromagnetic anomaly where elevated nickel surface soil samples were reported.
