INDONESIA - Gunung Rosa acquisition renegotiated

Paramount Mining has renegotiated its acquisition of the Gunung Rosa gold-silver-base metal project in Indonesia’s West Java province. The new terms allow for payment to PT Cikondang Kancana Prima (CKP) in three stages, and will mean Paramount owns 72.25% of the project on completion.
