Fortescue Metals faces executive exodus

Late last month, Fortescue Metals saw the departure of chief executive officer Fiona Hick less than six months after taking the helm of the West Australian iron ore company. Three days later, Fortescue said that chief financial officer Christine Morris, who was appointed in June, was also leaving.
