Civeo Corporation was recently awarded a five-year contract from Oz Minerals to provide facilities management services to the miner’s Prominent Hill Village in South Australia. 

The contract will incorporate accommodation and catering services; village and mine site cleaning services; facilities maintenance; aerodrome management; and the provision of health and wellbeing solutions. It also includes an option to extend the agreement by up to two years.

The Prominent Hill underground mine produces 4.0 million tonnes per annum of high-quality copper concentrate.
